Model Development

We created Signal Sentry, a tool that creates patient specific neuromonitoring signatures that are used to improve standard intra-operative neuromonitoring. Our method ensures that Signal Sentry will work regardless of patient specific differences, surgery, or hardware.

Retrospective Validation

Safety is a priority. We performed rigorous retrospective validation across hundreds of complex spinal surgeries and demonstrated consistent best-in-class performance.

Prototyping and Prospective Validation

At this stage, we are performing ongoing hardware/ software development as well as prospective validation of Signal Sentry.

Regulatory Approval

We are targeting a 510(k) FDA approval pathway that aligns with our mission for use as a clinical assistance tool.

Launch

We plan to offer Signal Sentry as a software add-on to current intra-operative neuromonitoring systems or as a stand-alone system to work in conjunction with readily available systems to prevent minimal disruption in current clinical workflows.
